Chemical Only
Includes liquid chlorine, supplemented with tablets, during the summer. To control PH, we use muratic acid and sodium bicarbonate to raise total alkalinity. Each visit also includes basket cleanings, and equipment checks for any leaks, pump & motor malfunctions, and/or high pressure in the filter. You will be notified if any issues are found.
Not included, but can be added to any service, algaecide, water clarifiers, conditioner, and salt.
Full Service
Includes all the chemical maintenance listed above. As well as, weekly maintenance checks of chemical chlorine, PH, acid, alkalinity, filter pressure, and backwash. Cleaning of the skimmer, pump baskets, floor and surface of the pool and/or spa. As needed, our team will clean the tile with a special formula tile soap and brush, as well as bags. All pool equipment will be checked for any problems and you will be notified if repairs are needed.
Not included, but can be added on as additional charge yearly conditioning of pool/spa, addition of salt (pools are a salt generated system), filter disassemblies and cleanings.
